Gun, ‘shabu’ seized in Villamonte house raid

BACOLOD City – Police raided a house in Barangay Villamonte, leading to the recovery suspected shabu and a firearm.

Officers from Police Station 4 went to 32-year-old Raymund Parcon’s house wielding a search warrant around 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

They seized three sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, a .38 pistol loaded with live bullets, two cellphones, four coin purses, and P15,350 cash, a police report showed.

Parcon was brought to Police Station 4 where he was detained. Charges were filed against him./PN
