ILOILO – A 67-year-old man was arrested in Barangay Ardemil, Sara on Saturday. He was accused of poking a gun at his neighbor around 4:20 p.m.
Hernando Alacto, a resident of the village, was reportedly drunk when he encountered complainant Grace Gonzales.
Police seized Alacto’s 12-gauge shotgun with two bullets.
The senior was taken to the Sara police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act) and grave threat./PN
