BACOLOD City – A “newly-identified” drug personality habal-habal driver was arrested by the Moises Padilla police around 10:50 a.m. on Nov. 16 inside the Central Philippines State University (CPSU) Extension at Barangay 7 (Poblacion), Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.
Senior Inspector Junjie Liba, Moises Padilla police head, identified the suspect as Gary dela Pedra Mislang, 33, “Alias Miguel” of Barangay Manghanoy in La Castellana, Negros Occidental.
Police confiscated from him twelve heat sealed sachets of suspected shabu, including the buy-bust item bought in exchange for P400 in marked money; one Samsung cell phone, one black Rusi motorcycle, and P600 in cash.
The suspect was detained and charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
