ILOILO City – A man was arrested in Barangay Jayobo, Lambunao, Iloilo on Friday, Sept. 3, for causing public alarm with a homemade firearm.
The suspect was 26-year-old Justin Castor of Barangay Libot, Calinog, Iloilo. He was arrested around 9 p.m. after a concerned citizen called the authorities.
Police seized from Castor with a homemade pistol loaded with two bullets. He was taken to the Lambunao police station.
