ILOILO City – He was found dead inside his relative’s house in Barangay Zone 4, Santa Barabra, Iloilo.
The 63-year-old Hernani Tilo was believed to have died due to a heart disease.
Initial investigation conducted by the Santa Barbara police also showed no indication that he was murdered.
Tilo was discovered lifeless around 9 a.m. on Dec. 9.
He was brought to a local mortuary for a “post mortem” examination./PN
