BACOLOD City – Facing illegal gambling charges, a 36-year-old resident was arrested in Purok Binangcaan, Barangay Daga, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental.
Rex Panolin was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 5:51 p.m. on May 24, police said.
Judge Gwendolyn Jimenea of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60 in Cadiz City ordered Panolin’s arrest (Criminal Case No. 12-4538-C) on April 26, 2021.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Cadiz City police station.
A P80,000 bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
