ILOILO City – Jeepney drivers and operators in Iloilo have started receiving their P6,500 Pantawid Pasada fuel subsidy from the government.
According to Raymundo Parcon, president of the Western Visayas Transport Cooperative (WVTC), the money was coursed through LandBank of the Philippines and drivers and operators started withdrawing them via automated letter machines (ATMs).
The drivers and operators somehow felt relieved, he revealed.
He reminded operators that hold the Pasada cards of their drivers to release in full the money to their drivers.
