ILOILO City – The Tracker Team of Calinog Municipal Police Station (MPS) collared Iloilo Province’s No. 3 most wanted person for attempted murder in Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Calinog town.
Alias “Roel,” 42, a resident of the town, was arrested at around 12:47 p.m. on January 5 by virtue of a warrant of arrest for violation of two counts of Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code (attempted murder), in relation to Republic Act No. 7610, issued by the Regional Trial Court, 6th Judicial Region, Branch 76 in Janiuay, Iloilo, on Dec. 23, 2025.
The suspect is presently under the custody of Calinog MPS for proper disposition. A P120,000 bail bond for each count was recommended for his temporary freedom./PN
