ILOILO City – This province’s No. 10 fugitive was arrested yesterday at the public market of Pototan, Iloilo.
Arnold Cartera, 41, was a resident of Barangay Yugot, Mina, Iloilo. He was detained at the police station there.
Charged with two counts of rape, the suspect was caught around 10:15 a.m.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
