ILONGGO James Carl Tuazon was one of the three Filipino footballers that were picked to represent the Philippines in the 2019 Allianz Explorer Football edition later this month in Singapore.
Tuazon, who plays for the Central Philippine University Football Club, was chosen to join the Singapore camp during the Visayas Regional Finals held last month at Trinity Christian School in Bacolod City.
The Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo native was part of the Philippine U-16 football team that competed in the 2018 AFF U-16 Championship late last year in Surabaya, Indonesia.
Joining Tuazon in the Singapore camp were Fred Angelo Dela PeƱa of the Dipolog FC from Mindanao Regional Finals and Keanne Alamo from the Luzon Regional Finals.
Meanwhile, Jodi Marie Banzon of the Cebu Elite FC was selected as one of the three players to participate in the Munich, Germany football camp during the Regional Finals in Bacolod City.
Joining Banzon in the Germany camp was Mindanao leg qualifier Ralf Andre EbuƱa of the Corpus Cristi FC and Marian Vista from the Luzon Regional Finals./PN
