MANILA – Stallion Laguna Football Club (F.C.) beefed up its roster by signing the services of seven new players ahead of the 2020 Philippines Football League (PFL), which is scheduled to kick off next month.

Stallion acquired midfielders Allen Angeles and Ricki Sendra – both former booters from Mendiola F.C. 1991 – along with defender Raymond Abo from the Kaya F.C.–Iloilo Elite squad and Lawrence Colina from the National University of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines.

Also, the ones who swore their services to the team are foreigners Jayvee Kallukaran from FCV Stamford in the United Kingdom, Ibrahima Ndour from Infos Mbour Petite Cote in the Senegal Premier League in Senegal and Dongyeon Kim form Jeju Jeil High School in South Korea.

Still with the team, on the other hand, are Ilonggos Ruben Doctora and Jesus Melliza, Negrense Jo Warren Bedia, as well as veterans Reynald Villareal, Daniel Gadia, Nelson Gasic, Abou Sy, Fitch Arboleda, and Nathaniel Alquiros.

Completing the Stallion lineup are Karlo Schleiter, Koichi Sakino, Darwin Regala, Hayeson Pepito, Nicholas Ferrer, Matthew Nierras and Benito Rosalia.

During last season’s PFL, Stallion Laguna finished the campaign third behind champion Ceres–Negros F.C and Kaya F.C.–Iloilo, while it also finished fourth during the Copa Paulino Alcantara after losing in the semifinals./PN
