BACOLOD City – Officers from Police Station 2 caught two men in a drug buy-bust operation they staged outside Imperial Court along Gatuslao Street in Purok Ube, Barangay 4.
Seventeen sachets of suspected shabu including the buy-bust item were recovered from brother-in-laws Heric Tupan, 32, and Nomer Anacan, 40 – both residents of Purok Kamoteng Kahoy, Barangay 4.
Tupan and Anacan were arrested on Tuesday and detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 2.
They were facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
