JACKIE Forster returned to Manila on June 22, barely a month after her previous visit.
This time, she brought her husband Michael and their children.
Her Instagram post read: “Home is where the [heart] is… in our case two pieces of mama’s heart to be exact! @_kokoparas and @andreparas see you soonest!!! And Filipino food galore. my foodies are so excited.
“Someone please make emojis for Pinoy food”
In the days that followed, Jackie met up with old friends in showbiz, and also appeared on âMagandang Buhayâ and âEat Bulaga!â
But what made her very happy was seeing Kobe Paras, her youngest son with cager-comedian Benjie Paras, bond with Jared, Caleigh, and Yohan. The highlight of the trip was their family pictorial.
For the first time, Kobe was part of it, and seeing him with his siblings was like a “dream sequence” for the former actress.
She couldn’t believe it finally became a “reality,” and “tried to savor every minute…”
Unfortunately, Jackie’s eldest son Andre did not make it to the shoot. Jackie chose to focus on the bright side nonetheless.
“While one of my babies wasnât able to make time, the other one was there.. so what do I do? Focus on all these beautiful kids in front of me, right? Right.
“Keeping my eyes on the Lord, while I patiently wait on His time to make ALL things right.
“One thing I know for sure is that Andre loves me. Thatâs enough for me at the moment. Thatâs more than what I had not so long ago. This mama is keeping it positive.
“A grateful heart is a blessed heart.”
On Aug. 10, Jackie and her family left for London, where they are currently based.
She posted a photo with her children plus Kobe’s girlfriend Cathryn minus Andre.
The mom of five wrote, “See you soon Manila. enjoy your time in the motherland Cathryn.
“We miss you so much already Kuya @_kokoparas remember to just count the weekends…we will be back as soon as we can! At least I will, and thatâs a promise.
“Mama’s just a FaceTime away keep your #heartStrong…”
Koko’s reply made some of Jackie’s followers cry. He wrote, “Hate it when you guys leave. Have a safe flight, ma! Already counting down the days. I love you so much mama!”
In her latest post, Jackie remained positive, hoping that Andre will soon join their family’s adventures.
She write, “There is always room for two more! though my heart aches, at least I now know itâs just a matter of timing and not a matter time that we will be together.
“Our adventures will always include A&K, always! Whether they make it or not they have an open invitation.. just like our home, it also theirs!
