ILOILO City – A charge for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 was being readied against a drug pushing suspect in Barangay Democracia, Jaro district.
The 34-year-old Chassen Erecre sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover police officer for P200 on April 5.
Five more sachets of shabu were recovered from Erecre, who was detained at the Jaro police station.
Article III, Section 5 of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 prohibits the “sale, trading, administration, dispensation, delivery, distribution and transportation of dangerous drugs and/or controlled precursors and essential chemicals.”/PN
