THERE are no “extrajudicial killings” as there are no “judicial killings” so how can we have “extrajudicial killings” if killings are not “judicial “in the first place?

What is judicial anyway? The dictionary defines it as “pertaining to judgment in courts of justice or to the administration of justice.” And what does “extra” mean again, according to the dictionary: “added to what is normal.”

So based on those definitions, “extrajudicial killing” is killing added to normal killing. Since when did killing become normal in the Philippines? The last time I looked, killing is illegal so certainly not “judicial”; now we have “extrajudicial killing.”

What we have are the crimes of murder and homicide both illegal and punishable under the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines. The term “extrajudicial killing” was just something coined up by media to have some catchy clever sounding catch all-tag against President Rodrigo Duterte.

And there’s your simple explanation why we have the “noisy minority” trying to make themselves relevant.

It’s not always about sore losers who cannot accept the fact that they lost the elections no matter how much they did to manipulate the outcome to their favor i.e. Mar “Daang Matuwid” Roxas.

It’s also not always about being embarrassed with a President who is not “disente” enough to their taste and who says “putang ina” in every sentence.

It has always been about the oligarchs and the cronies losing control of their “great big milking cow” or more commonly known as the Republic of the Philippines. It’s all about the money, baby.

During the term of that nincompoop President Noynoy Aquino, these oligarchs and cronies had the time of their lives, that so-called rise in the economy trumpeted by the “spin doctors” of the Aquino administration is only true in the top one percent of our population (meaning the oligarchs); it never filtered down to the “hoi polloi.” The rich got richer and the poor more poorer. They were all expecting it to continue under Mar “Daang Matuwid” Roxas as they have control of the Commission on Elections and the Precinct Count Optical Scan machines but as they say, “there is a God.”

Rodrigo Duterte won as President; Plan B immediately came into action. Just like in the presidential campaign they threw everything including the kitchen sink and the garbage bin against Rodrigo Duterte to no effect so now it’s happening all over again.

No issue is left to chance from the “extrajudicial Killings” to the burial of former President Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani to the “knees” of Vice President Leni Robredo down to the prescription medication President Duterte is taking. Really, they’re clutching at straws as all of these issues proved to be duds.

President Rodrigo Duterte still maintains the trust and confidence and support of the majority of the natives. The 16 million who voted for Rodrigo Duterte – which could have been 21 million if not for the interference of the PCOS machines – are unwavering in their support for the man they choose to be the President.

Now the campaign has shifted to the international stage as they found out majority of the natives are not fooled by their rhetoric. It is a well-funded campaign most probably using “Typhoon Yolanda” funds, Development Acceleration Program (DAP) funds and money coming from billionaire heiress Loida Nicholas Lewis, a rabid supporter of losers Hillary Clinton and Mar “Daang Matuwid” Roxas.

And who are the idiots here? Why, they’re the students of Ateneo and St. Scholastica shouting their hearts and throats out in the streets protesting against President Duterte thinking they’re the “next quarter storm.” These naive fools have no idea that they’re just being used in the hope that their protest will escalate to bring President Duterte down and push the “next Cory Aquino” Vice President Leni Robredo up. Include also the so-called Leftist and the “naked boys with little birds”, the leftist still hoping to be relevant when they’re so passé while the “naked boys with little birds” hoping to impress the girls with that “little thing.”

I don’t think so. And finally, those who post in Facebook anything they can find against President Duterte and the hashtag “Everywoman” are probably the worst idiots, they’re just armchair “pseudo activists” who can’t even write a proper comment./PN
