
MANILA – Kaya Futbol Club-Iloilo boosted its roster ahead of the 2020 Philippines Football League (PFL) season by signing up Dylan De Bruycker and Emmanuel Osei.
In an announcement made through their social media accounts recently, the Kaya said De Bruycker and Osei will be the final additions to the team.
The Filipino-Belgian De Bruycker was acquired by Kaya-Iloilo after he was not included in the United City Football Club lineup.
In 2017, De Bruycker suited up for the Philippine team for 2018 AFC Under-23 Championship qualification. He also made it to back-to-back Southeast Asian Games squads, the first in 2017 and the other last year.
The Ghanaian Osei, on the other hand, will make his football comeback by way of Kaya. The 27-year-old has not played football since his last stint with FK Dordoi Bishkek in 2018.
De Bruycker and Osei joined the latest additions Mario Javier “OJ” Clariño, Carlyle Mitchell from Trinidad and Tobago and Daizo Horikoshi from Japan.
The Oliver Colina-mentored Kaya-Iloilo aims to improve from their runner-up finish during the last three PFL seasons./PN
