BACOLOD City – The No. 1 most wanted person in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental was arrested.
Facing three counts of rape, Carlos Baylon, 29, was apprehended around 1 p.m. on July 5 in Barangay Antipolo, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.
The suspect was detained at the La Carlota City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
