
ILOILO City – A 15-year-old boy is the No. 10 most wanted person of the La Paz district police.
A resident of Barangay Nabitasan, La Paz, the boy – a frustrated homicide suspect – was arrested on Monday.
But the boy was in more trouble – police frisked him and found a bullet for an M16 in his black coin purse.
For this, he faces charges for violation of the election gun ban and the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act, a police report showed.
Officers from La Paz police station served him a warrant of arrest for the frustrated homicide charge at 2:30 p.m. Monday.
They then turned him over to the City Social Welfare and Development Office.
The crime for which the boy was charged happened two years ago, said the police.
Judge Victorino Maniba of the Regional Trial Court Branch 39 issued the warrant./PN
