ILOILO City – Homemade guns and ammunition were recovered from a laborer’s house in Barangay Cabugao Norte, Santa Barbara, Iloilo.
Armed with a search warrant, operatives of the municipal police station raided the house of Randy Lamera, 37, around 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
They found short and long 12-gauge shotguns, 14 shotgun ammunitions, bullets for a .45 pistol and an empty magazine of an M16 rifle.
Lamera was taken to the Santa Barbara police station. He faces a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
