Listen to science and believe it

AGAIN, United States President Donald Trump and Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. are there with misinformation about vaccines and even worse, actions.

Science says that vaccines don’t cause Autism. Only one long discredited doctor and basement dwelling social media trolls suggest otherwise.

Surprisingly, President Trump and his supporters are also promoting this fallacy and even issuing executive orders that should be shredded.

Vaccines should be available to everyone, free of cost, and easily accessible but that’s not the reality, unfortunately. Having three vaccines in one go rather than three separate injections would take less time, cost less for appointments and people won’t have to worry about forgetting at least one of them. Individual shots will not help anyone.

Which one day?

Day by day, will the events and problems that President Trump said will be solved on his first day in the job be solved before his last day in the job, or left to his successor?

The lack of actual progress with his Iran war suggests someone else will have to solve it.

Put out the fires

There are major fires in Europe, America, Canada and probably a number of other countries but people still deny the reality of climate change.

Weather is day to day, it’s raining outside my window but probably won’t be tomorrow, I hope. Climate is the long-term conditions, usually decades or centuries and it is getting hotter. A simple Google search will give a list of state- or country-wide average temperatures and it is going up over the last century.

Most of the causes are known, solutions are known too but many people don’t know who to trust, given the misinformation on the net, much less social media, but the best source is still the local official meteorological government backed site.

Get out of the dark, get the information to understand the situation, and get ready to panic.

What’s the count?

I used to be a math teacher but I can’t keep count of the number of times Trump has threatened Iran with destruction and then backed down.

The counting difficulty also applies with the amount of money Trump has earned during his presidency, given the lack of information with his current freedom from tax investigations although that may finish soon.

Fortunately the US Constitution restricts the number of presidential terms to two and that is a fact and must remain a fact for the world to prosper./PN
