ALL appeared well now between Bea Alonzo and veteran show biz personality Lolit Solis after “finally” patching up their differences during the birthday celebration of entrepreneur Rhea Tan, which took place at a hotel in Quezon City.
Solis took to her Instagram account on Sunday, Nov. 26, to reveal her reconciliation with Alonzo, which stemmed from her remarks when the actress worked with Kapuso actor Alden Richards in the TV adaptation of the Korean hit series “Start-Up PH.”
“Tuwa naman ako na nagkita at nagbati na kami ni Bea Alonzo. Nagsimula lang naman iyan sa ‘Start Up’ na pinagsamahan nila ni Alden Richards. Bashing ang napala ko dahil duon, at sa kagagahan ko pinatulan ko naman na ang naging biktima si Bea Alonzo,” she said.
Solis admitted that she wanted to apologize to Alonzo since the incident, and she’s relieved that Tan’s birthday party was the opportunity for them to repair their friendship.
Meanwhile, Alonzo also confirmed at a “24 Oras” report on GMA Integrated News’ YouTube channel on Monday, Nov. 27, that she and Solis are on amicable terms for good.
“I’m happy na finally, nagkita na kami. Christmas na Christmas [season pa]. Ang Christmas ay panahon ng pagmamahalan, pagpapatawaran. I’m happy,” she said. (Hannah Mallorca © Philippine Daily Inquirer)
