Bacolod City-Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran said that the “no vaccination, no entry” policy is the discretion of the malls in case they will implement it.
Several reports circulating in this city last week that one of the malls here warned their clients that starting this week they will implement such policy when entering the mall.
The vice mayor stressed this kind of policy can be implemented to protect their employees and clients against coronavirus disease-2019(COVID-19).
But, Familiaran clarified that there was no executive order issued by Mayor Evelio Leonardia that mandates the “no vaccination, no entry “policy .”It is in the discretion of the malls, the head of the local Inter-Agency Task Force said./PN
