ILOILO City – Facing rape and sexual abuse charges, a 46-year-old man was arrested in his house in Barangay Iniligan, Badiangan, Iloilo.
Elizer Mambusada was taken to the municipal police station around 9:10 a.m. on June 21.
He was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant for three counts of rape and two counts of sexual assault, a police report showed.
A P120,000 bail bond for each count of sexual assault charge was recommended for his temporary liberty while the court denied bail for his rape charge./PN
