BACOLOD City – The Pontevedra police on Tuesday afternoon arrested a man accused of attempted murder.
Police Senior Inspector Ryan Salazar identified the suspect as Marcelino Cabuguason Estita, 24, a resident of Sitio Cabug, Barangay San Isidro, Pontevedra town, Negros Occidental.
He was arrested around 5:30 p.m.
Judge Cyclamen Jison-Fernandez of the Regional Trial Court, Branch-63 in La Carlota City issued his arrest warrant dated Aug. 11, 2016.
The court recommended P120, 000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
