BACOLOD City – The most wanted person in Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental was arrested.
The 27-year-old Jay Pacunla of Barangay Culipapa, Hinoba-an was charged with three counts of rape.
He was served with a warrant of arrest at his house at around 6:15 p.m. on Aug. 6.
The arrest warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court, Branch 61 (Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental).
The court set no bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Pacunla was taken to the police station./PN
