ILOILO City – Robin Martinez was at the police station in Balasan, Iloilo after he was arrested for alleged trespassing.
The 24-year-old resident of Barangay Pania-an, Balasan was later found liable for an illegal drug charge.
Rubily Marquez of Barangay Lawis, Balasan reported to the police that Martinez entered their family compound without their consent. Officers arrested the latter at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Martinez was turning over his wallet to the investigator at the police station when a sachet of shabu fell off it.
Aside from trespassing, Martinez also faces a charge for violation of Section 11 (possession) of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
