BACOLOD City – A 64-year-old man was found lifeless in an estuary in Barangay Daan Banwa, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.

Village watchman Luis Liboon called the police after finding Caesar Alejandro Selga’s body around 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

Selga of Barangay Su-ay, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental was pronounced dead at the Lorenzo D. Zayco District Hospital in Kabankalan City.

A police report showed the elderly man had asthma. Daan Banwa residents said he frequently crosses the estuary.
