BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man for stealing a cellphone in Barangay 2.
He was identified as 26-year-old resident Rocky Librado, police said.
Librado stole a cellphone valued at round P4,500 from 33 year-old Elmer Sevilla of Valladolid,Negros Occidental, the police added.
According to investigation, Sevilla was sleeping in his driven truck when Librado stole his cellphone around 11 p.m. on March 8.
Librado was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 2, facing charges./PN
