ILOILO City – Police apprehended a 49-year-old man tagged as a street-level individual in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Rizal Pala-Pala 2, City Proper district.
The suspect was identified as alias “Bordoy”, a resident of the said place, according to Captain Michael Tuburan, officer-in-charge of the Iloilo City Police Station 7 (ICPS-7).
The station’s antidrug operatives executed the operation on Tuesday, October 28. They confiscated six plastic sachets of suspected shabu approximately valued at P34,000.
The suspect was detained at ICPS-7. He is facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
