BACOLOD City – A man was not as lucky as the other after they got electrocuted in Sitio Cadrem Barangay Poblacion, Guihulngan City, Negros Occidental.
The 38-year-old Royo Lucito was rushed to the Guihulngan District Hospital where the attending physician pronounced him “dead on arrival.”
Danny Ricardel, also 38, was brought to the same hospital for treatment.
Lucito and Ricardel – both residents of the village – were renovating an ancestral house owned by Joswel Leal when they touched the steel bars that were attached to power lines.
The incident happened around 1:20 p.m. on March 28, police said./PN
