BACOLOD City – Lone district representative Greg Gasataya eyes the construction of a modern hospital in the city.
Gasataya authored the House Bill 9079 that proposes the construction of the Bacolod City District Hospital equipped with high-end facilities.
“It is high time that Bacolod will have its own hospital, one that will have state-of-the-art facilities and offers quality service to indigents and low income groups,” said Gasataya.
He noted the health services projects are close to his heart recounting his experiences when his mother was under medication.
“We all know that a big budget is needed to run a hospital. That is why it will be a great help if it is created by law,” Gasataya stressed./PN
