BACOLOD City – He was listed as the most wanted person in the police station of Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.
The 19-year-old Jan Mark Royo was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant for murder in Barangay 1, Moises Padilla on Sept. 3, a police report showed.
Officers of the municipal police station served the warrant issued by Judge Mila Yap-Camiso of the Regional Trial Court Branch 74 in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
Royo was detained in the custodial facility of the Moises Padilla municipal police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
