ILOILO City – Three motorcycle-riding men snatched the cellphone of a 21-year-old lad in Barangay Bolilao, Mandurriao.
Daniel Llamas of the same village was unable to identify the suspects.
Llamas was using his phone while standing along the road at the Paseo de Arcangeles – a dining and entertainment strip in Bolilao – around 2 a.m. on Saturday when the suspects pulled over in front of him and grabbed his P8,000 gadget, a police report showed.
The suspects also punched him on the head and sped away toward the City Proper.
Llamas sustained a laceration on the head. Mandurriao police were still trying to identify the suspects as of this writing./PN
