BACOLOD City – Police arrested a murder suspect in Barangay Mansablay, Isabela, Negros Occidental.
The 23-year-old resident Elmer Estoconing was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 7:25 a.m. on Sept. 8, a police report showed.
Officers of the municipal police station served the warrant issued by Judge Mila Yap-Camiso of the Regional Trial Court Branch 74 in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental dated July 29, 2019.
Estoconing was detained in the lockup facility of the Isabela municipal police station.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
