ILOILO City – Policemen nabbed a murder suspect in Barangay Poblacion, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo.
Arge Toreta, 33, of Barangay Ayungon Valladolid, Negros Occidental was caught around 7:30 a.m. on Sept. 23, a police report showed.
Toreta’s apprehension was staged on the strength of an arrest issued by Judge Marie Yvette Go of the Regional Trial Court Branch 37, the report added.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Barotac Viejo municipal police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
