Speaking on “Gandang Gabi Vice” on Sunday, actor Kyle Echarri told Vice Ganda the real score between him and the actress.
“Hindi po [kami magkarelasyon]. Hindi po talaga. Hindi pa. Hindi,” he said.
When asked if he is courting Diaz, Echarri gave a meaningful smile, paused and said: “Sa ngayon, bata pa ako.”
Echarri and Diaz both starred in the recently concluded ABS-CBN series “Kadenang Ginto.”
In an interview in November last year, Echarri said he is glad because he is one of the reasons behind Diaz’s smile.
“It’s one of the best feeling seeing someone especially if I’m the one who made her happy. ‘Yung feeling na ang sarap pala kasama nito, ang sarap pala pasayahin ‘tong taong ‘to,” he said.
At that time, Echarri said he’s just happy to be spending a lot of time with Diaz as both of them navigate the world of show business.
“Thank you dahil tinatanggap mo ako bilang kaibigan mo. I’m happy to be someone in your life. You allow me to make you happy and thank you dahil sa tagal ko sa industriya, it’s been hard for me to find friends and I can promise you na ikaw ang isa sa mga pinakapaborito kong tao sa mundo,” he told Diaz.
