ILOILO City – The Police Regional Office 6’s (PRO-6) 16 anti-illegal drug operations from 6 a.m. on September 9 to 5:59 a.m. on September 10 yielded approximately 299 grams of suspected shabu valued at around P2 million and P240 worth of marijuana.
The biggest single drug haul was made by the Iloilo Police Provincial Office. Drug suspects identified as aliases “Ed” and “Jelay” were caught in possession of around P625,000 worth of illegal drugs early morning of September 10 in Barangay Camambugan, Balasan, Iloilo.
Prior to this, Pavia cops confiscated P489,600 worth of suspected shabu from alias “Alog” in a buy-bust operation in the town’s Barangay Mali-ao around 11 a.m. on September 9.
In Bacolod City, police seized approximately P374,000 worth of suspected shabu from two high-value individuals and a street level individual in Barangay Singcang-Airport around 1:20 a.m. on September 10.
The one-day operations also resulted to the arrest of four high-value targets and 19 street-level individuals. Here is the breakdown:

* Capiz Police Provincial Office – two
* Guimaras Police Provincial Office – one
