BACOLOD City – Authorities seized 420 grams of suspected shabu valued at around P2,856,000 from two suspects in an anti-illegal drug operation in Barangay Villamonte around 5:19 a.m. on Sunday.

The suspects identified as aliases “Rolly,” 21, and “Laurrianne,” 25, both residents of the city’s Barangay 1, were detained at the Bacolod City Police Station 4 (BCPS4).

They will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Captain Francis Depasucat, officer-in-charge of BCPS4, said Rolly was classified as a high-value target while Laurrianne was a street-level individual./PN
