BACOLOD City – A 43-year-old father was found lifeless inside his room in Barangay Cambayobo, Calatrava, Negros Occidental.
Arnolfo Alberio died of a gunshot wound to the head, police said.
According to the victim’s son Jholenful, he heard a gunshot coming from his father’s room around 6 p.m. on May 6.
He said he immediately rushed to the room and saw his father lying with a firearm beside him.
Jholenful said his father had been suffering from nervous breakdown. He also believed he committed suicide.
Recovered from the crime scene were a homemade Black Widow revolver loaded with four live bullets and a fired cartridge case./PN
