AKLAN – A man died after he was hit by a car while he was crossing the highway in Barangay Tigayon, Kalibo town.
The 52-year-old Jonathan Narcisco, a native of Mandurriao, Iloilo City, succumbed to severe body injuries.
According to the Kalibo Municipal Police Station, Narcisco was crossing the highway after buying balut when he was suddenly hit by a Toyota Wigo driven by a 26-year-old alias “Ben” from Barangay Estancia, Kalibo around 10:52 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24.
Ben was taken into custody by the Kalibo MPS for proper disposition./PN
