The Thai-Filipino Pen Friend is a joint project of the Philippine Postal Corporation and Thailand Post Company in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Philippines-Thailand Diplomatic Relations. The Pen Friend program aims to establish friendship among the children of Thailand and the Philippines via correspondence. It also offers opportunities for children of both countries to connect with people around the world and learn from each other through the art of letter-writing./PN
