ILOILO City – Two brothers and their friend face charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Arrested in a police buy-bust operation in Barangay Santa Rosa, Mandurriao district were Rodel Manikan, 43, and brother Rodney, 45, of the same village and friend Joseph Christian Ledesma, 44, of Dicen Street, La Paz.
Fourteen plastic packs of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P20,000 were seized from them, a police report showed.
This was after they sold to an undercover officer a plastic pack of the same substance for P1,500 at 2:45 a.m. on Thursday.
All three suspects were detained at the Mandurriao police station./PN
