ILOILO City – A suspected drug pusher was nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Barangay V, Roxas City, Capiz.
Leo Gaborne was caught around 2:20 a.m. on Dec. 9, a police report showed.
Operatives of the Roxas City police station staged the entrapment operation, which led to the recovery of 17 sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P221,000.
Police investigators said Gaborne was subjected for about two weeks of surveillance.
He was just released from prison six months ago through a plea bargaining agreement, the investigators added.
The suspect was detained and charged for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
