BACOLOD City – He allegedy sold shabu.
Joven Capistrano, 24, was nabbed in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay 3, La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
Capistrano – resident of the village – was arrested after he sold a sachet of suspected illegal drugs for P500 around 3:05 p.m. on July 6.
When frisked, he yielded another sachet of suspected shabu.
The suspect was detained in the lockup facility of the La Carlota City police station.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2022 will be filed against him./PN
