BACOLOD City – At about 9 a.m. on April 18, a 39-year-old rape suspect was apprehended at his house in Barangay Salong, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Kabankalan City policemen served an arrest warrant to Cirilo Sernicula.
Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 61 issued the warrant of arrest on March 22 with no bail recommended.
