BACOLOD City – Facing rape charges, a man was arrested in Barangay Villamonte after 13 years of hiding.
The 50-year-old Renedick Perez was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 3:30 p.m. on May 13, a police report showed.
Judge Ray Alan Drilon of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 41 here issued the arrest warrant on May 20, 2008. He recommended a P120,000 bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Perez was detained in the custodial facility of Police Station 4./PN
