ILOILO – A retired Philippine Navy officer was found dead inside his house in Deca Homes, Pavia town on Tuesday, April 30.
The 70-year-old Bobby Jimmy Yula was found lying on the floor around 8:50 p.m.
Pavia police said they have found no signs of foul play on Yula’s death.
He was living alone and might have accidentally fallen down, police said, adding that he had asthma and hypertension.
Prior to the discovery of Yula’s remains, police said his neighbors were complaining of foul smell from the victim’s house.
Yula was last seen alive by his neighbors on Saturday morning, April 27, police added./PN
