ILOILO City – A rookie policewoman suffering from pneumonia has died.
Police Officer 1 Marilyn Catorce expired while undergoing treatment at the Iloilo Doctors’ Hospital.
The attending physician, Dr. Rex Muyco, pronounced her dead at 12:35 a.m. on Saturday.
The 29-year-old Catorce was detailed at the Mandurriao police station.
She had been confined in the hospital in Molo district for several days prior to her death, police said./PN
