BACOLOD City – Charged with parricide, a man was arrested in Barangay Fabrica, Sagay City, Negros Occidental.
The 51-year-old resident Roberto Rodrigazo Magboo was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 11:45 a.m. on July 31, a police report showed.
The Regional Trial Court Branch 73 in Sagay City issued the warrant against him on May 31, the report added.
Magboo was detained in the Sagay City police station’s lockup facility.
The court recommended no bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
