BACOLOD City — Sagay City’s most wanted person has been arrested.
Ronnie Isidro Culanag, a 42-year-old truck driver, was surprised when police served him an arrest warrant on Saturday in his workplace in Barangay Fabrica, Sagay.
Regional Trial Court Branch 60 Judge Renato Muñez issued the arrest warrant. He recommended no bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
Culanag, a father of four, was one of the suspects in the death of a couple shot outside a videoke bar in January last year, police records showed.
